However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be shared with other parties for other uses. Under California law, certain disclosures made through advertising, analytics, or similar technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
How Long We Keep Information. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide services, maintain business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The specific retention period for each category of personal information depends on the nature of the information and the context in which it was collected, including whether the information is needed for ongoing business purposes, legal compliance, recordkeeping, or protection of our legal rights. Where required by law, we will retain and use information necessary to comply with requests to exercise privacy rights, including maintaining records of opt-out preferences. Because there is not yet a uniform industry standard for DNT signals, our Site may not respond to DNT signals in all circumstances. This statement does not limit our processing of browser-enabled opt-out preference signals, including the GPC and other recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, where applicable under state law. Where our Site receives a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as GPC, we treat the signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale, sharing, and, where applicable, targeted advertising for that browser or device. Upon receipt of such a signal, we take steps to disable or limit the use of cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used for advertising, measurement, or analytics purposes that may constitute such processing, to the extent required by applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction of residence and subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; to opt out of certain processing activities, including targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of personal information, profiling, or other uses of personal information as permitted by law; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and to appeal a decision regarding a privacy rights request. You may also have the right to receive information regarding our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information and to submit a complaint to a regulatory authority where permitted by applicable law. We will not discriminate against any individual for exercising rights available under applicable privacy laws.

We will respond to verified requests within the time period required by applicable law and, where available, provide information regarding any applicable appeal process if we are unable to comply with a request.

Any non-material changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and we will indicate the revised date at the top of this document. In cases where changes to the Policy may be more significant, we will provide a prominent notice of such changes before they take effect or directly send you a notification where appropriate.
